Rose and Megan are members of the Utah State Bar, the Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar, and the Central Utah Bar Association. Megan is a member of the Provo Rotary Club, and also participates in the Utah Valley Women’s Business Network of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Rose Blakelock
Rose Blakelock isn’t just an attorney—she’s a force of nature in the family law world. Graduating with her Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University Law School in 1992, Rose didn’t take the typical path to the courtroom. She grew up in the rolling hills of Ohio, first spending 20 years as a compassionate and dedicated nurse before deciding at age 39 that it was time to trade her stethoscope for statutes. Let’s just say, the legal profession is forever grateful she made the switch.
When clients describe Rose, certain themes repeat: “integrity,” “straightforward,” “no-nonsense,” and, one particularly glowing phrase, “the Michael Jordan of attorneys.” And just like MJ, Rose plays to win—but always with honesty, ethics, and a firm sense of justice. Judges respect her. Attorneys admire her. Mediators seek her wisdom. Clients? They’re downright lucky to have her in their corner.
Rose's reputation as a no-BS attorney is well-earned. Her deep knowledge of family law, paired with her unwavering dedication to finding practical solutions, means she cuts through the noise to get to the heart of your case. Megan Blakelock
Megan Blakelock is a dedicated family law attorney whose blend of compassion, expertise, and tenacity makes her a trusted ally for her clients. After earning her Juris Doctorate from Willamette University College of Law and being sworn into the Utah State Bar in 2019, Megan brought over a decade of experience to her practice, having worked alongside her mother-in-law, Rose Blakelock, since 2011.
Megan’s approach to family law is as thoughtful as it is effective. Clients frequently praise her kindness, understanding, and proficiency in navigating even the most difficult cases. She has an innate ability to identify what will make or break a case and approaches every challenge with confidence and poise. Whether in negotiations or the courtroom, Megan’s calm demeanor and sharp focus are invaluable assets.
Before entering the legal profession, Megan earned her undergraduate degree in psychology while excelling as a cheerleader for both the University of Utah and Utah Valley University, where she also served in student government. That blend of academic and leadership experience laid the foundation for the dynamic and compassionate attorney she is today.
Megan married Rose’s youngest son in 2014, and together they have built a beautiful life with their three young children. Her family is her anchor, and her passion for helping other families through challenging times reflects her deep sense of empathy and understanding.
An active member of the Provo Rotary Club, the Utah State Bar, the Central Utah Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the Utah State Bar, Megan is committed to both professional excellence and community engagement. Jennifer Kruger
Jennifer Kruger is a true powerhouse—a woman who effortlessly balances kindness and compassion with an unyielding stance on respect and boundaries. Whether she’s navigating life’s challenges or offering sage advice, Jennifer’s no-nonsense approach ensures things get done—and done right.
As the proud mother of six remarkable adult children, each a vibrant powerhouse in their own right, Jennifer’s legacy as a phenomenal parent is undeniable. Her family is her universe, and anyone lucky enough to cross her path immediately understands that love and loyalty are her driving forces. Jennifer, with her husband Paul, attended Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, and Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon.
Jennifer’s brilliance isn’t confined to her family. She’s a sharp intellectual with a spiritual depth that inspires those around her. Her uncanny sixth sense and razor-sharp intuition make her the person you want in your corner—whether you’re solving a puzzle or navigating life’s complexities.
But don’t mistake her for being serious. Jennifer’s quick wit and sense of humor bring levity to any room. She’s the kind of person who can diffuse tension with a perfectly timed quip and leave you both laughing and in awe of her insight.
We’re beyond lucky to have Jennifer as our office manager. Her exceptional communication skills shine as she navigates seamlessly between clients, attorneys, court clerks, mediators, and other professionals. She handles every interaction with grace, efficiency, and a touch of her trademark humor.

Grace Call
Grace Call is a bright and compassionate legal clerk at Blakelock Law, known for her incredible work ethic, intelligence, and vibrant personality. Grace brings a refreshing blend of empathy and drive to the office, and her ability to connect with both clients and colleagues makes her a standout member of the team.
Her dedication to family values and social justice has shaped her perspective as she navigates her career. Grace’s time as president of the anti-human trafficking club and in the mock trial presidency helped her realize that law was something she wanted to study further. Her mission to Guatemala solidified her belief in the importance of protecting family units and advocating for both legal rights and human dignity.
Now working as a legal clerk, Grace applies her passion and knowledge to help people during some of their most challenging times. She is particularly drawn to family law, as it aligns with her deep desire to help create the best possible outcomes for families—while also honoring their personal struggles.
Grace is also a devoted student, currently a student at Brigham Young University, and is structuring her education to provide the legal foundation she needs to make a real difference in the world. With aspirations to go to law school, she plans to engage in both legal procedure and policy-making to advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves.
In short, Grace Call is a force for good in the legal world—smart, driven, and always with her clients’ best interests at heart. She’s the kind of person who makes everyone around her better, and we’re lucky to have her as part of the Blakelock Law team.
